When you purchase an original drawing, painting or other work of art, you will receive a certificate of authenticity.
Shipping
It takes 2 - 5 business days to ship your order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio Machii is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are you missing your country in the shipping options? Don't worry! Please send me a message, and I'll check if I can still send it to you.
Estimate delivery dates
The packages are sent with PostNL. Check their website to see estimated delivery dates for your country.
Please note that this is an estimation and may still vary, especially around holidays.
You will receive the track and trace information, if this is possible for your country.
Return Policy
You can return the product up to 14 days after receiving the order. The product must be in good condition without damage or signs of use. If the product is custom-made, it cannot be returned.
Please send a message in advance if you plan to return the product. The shipping costs are for the buyer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 8 hours of placing the order. You can do this by sending me a message (see 'Contact').
